not remember the name of almost any dish, but it is catch up. In Taiwan, you can enjoy a wide range of Asian dishes, and I'm already on the traditional dinners Taiwanese, Korean, Chinese, Japanese and Thai.
Some things are very good, some less. Popular tofu is , a lot of it is food-made. Depending on how it is cooked tastes like a thick tasteless pudding, or something else crunchy ... everything tastes quite different from outside Asia. Below the picture 'Stinky Tofu'. As the name suggests, smell is not knocks on my knees (and sometimes at higher concentrations it is even very tiring and unpleasant), but nevertheless it is a delicacy for many Taiwanese. 
soup was made from a photo of the noodles, tofu, mushrooms that looked like octopus, pieces of pork liver (which hold the pictures in the sticks) and the pieces of duck and chicken intestines - even though I love Polish tripe soup, this dish is not accounted for appealed to me. But less than a dessert version of tofu. This time floats in the tofu, soy milk, in the company of raisins, pieces of ice, nuts, and black pearls - something. Sweet, cool and good for dessert.
