Chinese
The Chinese language is so that on the one hand, it is simple, on the other complicated. Complex is mainly written in Chinese, since there there:
* about 50 000 stamps, which are words,
* in various combinations, can mean different things,
* which consists of a few to several bars (sometimes and thirty! )
* where you have to learn to read memory (Chinese language is not phonetic - record does not indicate the pronunciation - as for example in Polish),
* where you have to learn to write - the dozen dashes in the tens of thousands of combinations you need to write in the correct order to be legible and understandable.
For this, the Chinese is a tonal language. The pronunciation of words changes their meaning. Depending on the dialect of Chinese is from 4 to even 17 (in some aboriginal tribes!) Tones. It consists in the fact that saying 'no' in many different ways can we say, among others.: Mother, horse, cursing. At the beginning of differentiation and pronunciation tones seems to be very difficult, but with hindsight it's easy and very cool!
is comforting that Chinese grammar is relatively simple, and knowing a few simple rules, you can communicate the needs of everyday life. Months spent in a Chinese-language country can learn Chinese spoken enough to deal with.
Pinyin Phonetic writing Chinese language, created a transcription of Mandarin (the most popular Chinese variety). In piyinie are also usually presented to the Chinese name for niechińskich audiences such as television - do not use meaningless - for the nieuczących - Chinese stamps.
biggest derogations from the English alphabet in pinyinie are
* "x", which is read as 't', and
* "q", which is read as 'you'
And yes, Xiu dynasty, it is Ksiu not only SJU, and Quing is not only Ciuing Kuing.
Writing e-mails and text messages
Lots of stamps and just a few keyboard keys ... What do we do?
Writing in Chinese on the computer is not difficult, despite appearances. We use to just write phonetically - described above Pinyin. In the case of identical sounding syllables / words we have to choose some of the proposed signs. In addition, specific combinations of words are automatically adjusted, and a standard mechanism for the introduction of Chinese words can learn and memorize the words that we use most often.
write text messages a little differently, but I am not sure how:)
Trivia
* in spoken Chinese there is no difference between 'she' and 'on' and therefore, people are very confused in English 'he' and 'she'.
